Roast Swede much more IPD freindly

Didn't parboil these, just spritzed with groundnut oil and placed in in a Pampered Chef medium bar pan. I didn't turn them and they cooked on both sides beautiful! I'm loving these pans

I've never tried roasting swede - it looks good.
Tulip - I do love those stoneware baking trays but I have soooo many cooking things already, pans and (the tagine lol) etc I'd have to move to a bigger house if I bought anymore!

Tulip, that looks good. I don't care much for swede, but maybe I would if I tried it this way!

Those swede looks great, I love any kind of roasted veggie.
