Bee's Moussaka

I used sliced par-boiled celeriac instead of the aubergine.

Three layers, meat, celeriac & the eggy, cheesy, creamy mixture.

The smell was fantastic

Served with a small side salad this was perfect for our evening meal and leftovers heated up in the microwave the next day for lunch.

Bee, you've done it again!

Now that looks good. I have always wanted to try moussaka, but I can't do the aubergine. Thanks for an alternative idea!
