For my supper I made a dessert...I really fancied something sweet.
2 parts Quark
1 park double cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp splenda
1 tsp coffee mixed with 60ml* of hot water, mixed until dissolved
Mixed it all up and served it with 2 crushed pecan nuts. Hit the spot I can tell you.
* I added teaspoons until I had a soft mousse consistency.

It was more solid the next day, almost cheesecake texture, but very nice sprinkled with chopped nuts
