Ham, Leek and Blue Cheese Pie

This has a wonderful flavour. Comfort food at its best!

Bee's recipe (Pge 159) calls for stilton, but seen as I had used that earlier that day in another recipe I chose boursin...wow wah wee...delish!! I will try it with the stilton next time as it will move this from comfort food to WOW factor amazing!

This is one of my all-time favourites. Never fails to hit the comfort spot :)
