
First I mixed cheddar with the Parmesan ( I didn't have enough Parmesan) added a little Cayenne pepper.

Watched them like a hawk while they were in the oven and maybe took them out a little too early as mine were more chewy than crispy - still nice tho - Next time I will be brave and leave them in the oven a little longer.

These would be great with a bowl of soup.
Edited to say: I put my soggy 'crips' into the microwave for 30secs (750w) and they crisped up a treat...not sure if you can see on the new photo...it even blistered like crisps...much much nicer, at one point I thought I was eating a savoury biscuit.
