Easy Fish Pate

I went out for lunch to celebrate a friends birthday today. I was very good and had deep fried brie for starters with a steak, salad & mushroom sauce formain. I drank sparkling water and we skipped the pudding! It did mean that I didn't need a main meal tonight so I made easy fish pate with a small tin of mackerel and some philly, lemon juice and paprika, served it with the last 3" of a romainne lettuce which were brilliant for dipping...

While I was at it I made a few canapes...
