Sausage Casserole pg 157

I cut the sausage into chunks before I fried them, that way they cook quicker.


I roasted the butternut squash earlier in the day and mashed it ready to spread on top of the casserole. I probably could have done with a little more, but no worries, it tasted just great the way it was.

The top was all golden and crispy especially as I left the skin on the BNS

The sauce was really creamy and had picked up all the sausage flavours
