Homemade mincemeat, with fresh all butter pastry made in the deluxe mini muffin pan... no pastry rolling for me, I just 'dib' them out with the tart shaper and just like magic the tin is lined with pastry.
These are the first batch of many that will be made during Advent and the Christmas season... don't you just love them?
What I love about these ones are they are just one bite big! The lid which I cut with my Pampered Chef creative cutter set, comes off with ease so you can fill it with brandy cream and then replace... oozing slightly when you bite into it... delicious!!!
