I usually make this myself, takes a bit of time draining the yogurt but when I was sent this from Abel and Cole I thought I'd try it.
Creamy but light with a cucumber and mint flavour. texture was great too! I served it as part of a mezze and it was nearly as good as my own! [I said nearly..lol]
