Lovely, Tulip. Mines a decaff with cream. Yum.
Just on the topic of sweeteners (re your last post below) - I've never been brave enough on P2T to make anything using sweeteners for fear of stalling - have you found it an issue? I managed 6 months with no puddings last time but as I'm likely to be on it for the next year the prospect is making me a bit sad...
Emma, this is a WOE for life so it has to fit in. Phase 1 is a no-no for puddings as you are trying to train your palate not to want sweet things but by the time you get to Phase 2 & 3 you have lost your sweet tooth and can start experimenting with different desserts. At the mo, I'm more interested in making sugar free desserts for my diabetic in-laws who have amazingly sweet teeth (!)
Love your site Tulip, have you any thoughts on Xylitol and Erythritol? they're suppose to be natural sweetners.
Btw, what's happenend to the forum?
have you tried going directly to the forum section? http://www.pig2twig.co.uk/forums It works for me that way

thanks Anon, works now.
I'm in now...thank mollymoe!Calamity - I'm not sure about those types, I'm only just starting to use them due to in-laws having borderline diabeties so only playing with the ones I can get off the supermarket shelves. Learning a lot off the forum about all the different types though!
