Jude's Pampered Chef Party

My Pampered Chef diary is looking pretty full at the moment...which is great, as it means I'm cooking lots of new recipes with spectacular photo opportunities which up until now I have been missing.



But last Thursday night I remembered to take my camera to Jude's Party and made this fantastic Chocolate -Raspberry Trifle. It wasn't quite as well displayed as the photograph in the book (Pampered Chef - Fast and Fabulous) but its not bad for a first attempt. It was so easy to make and I think I can adjust it to make it fully IPD friendly!

4 layers
1. Crushed amaretti biscuits (I'm looking at some sort of S/F homemade macaroons)
2. Angel delight mixed with whipped double cream (S/F Angel Delight)
3. Ganache mixed with half a jar of raspberry jam (Ganache mixed with sieved pureed raspberries)
4. Top with small ameretti which have been dipped in the ganache mixture.

As soon as I have made a fully IPD friendly one I will post the photo.
