I googled a stick blender mayonnaise because I couldn't get into the P2T website but found a receip here which uses whole eggs. I tried it and it has turned out brilliantly. Mixed a couple of tablespoons with wholegrain mustard to go with my rare beef salad. Lunch was a definate hit!

I always get confused with American measures. How many ml. is a cup? Love the site, by the way.
Thanks Anon....I've googled it and it says 1 US cup = 236.588237 ml to be precise!! lol
Thanks for that. I should have googled it myself. Sheer laziness.
