Paul's Packed Lunch

Paul works in an office and eats at his desk, he likes food that has scoop-ability, not too smell (for his fellow workers) and is tasty and filling.
This is what he had today.

Mixed salad leaves, diced cucumber and white onion

Top with homemade mayo

Then cover the mayo with bite sizes salami

I cover the mayo in meat so it doesn't get stuck to the lid of the box. For some reason it does n't make the leaves soggy, I think it sticks to the meat instead!!!
