My favourite Dessert


So simple but so tasty.
* 2 tbsp of creme fraise
* 3 thinly sliced strawberries
* 2 squares of 70% chocolate melted then drizzled over the dessert.

Allow the chocolate to harden and eat slowly, savouring every mouthful.

What I want to know is your tried and tested technique for melting 2 squares of chocolate. I'm guessing either the microwave or a dolly's bain marie. I considered propping up a plastic spoon so it wouldn't keel over, with blue tack, and putting the 2 squares in that, on a saucer, in the microwave. Put me out of my misery!

GTBM - I'll put you out of your misery....I melt two squares of chocolate in a small ramakin dish and microwave for 15 seconds at a time stirring after each time until its melted. Then I drizzle it over my dessert using a teaspoon. Do you feel better now? Go have some melted chocoalte now...its a wonderfully indulgent dessert...just don't have too many otherwise your weight loss will stall, like mine did!!! :-(
