I brought some Reblochon cheese back from France and asked Helen V fellow twigger who is in France what I could do with it. She recommended this dish. I researched it and basically followed her recipe with added mushrooms as waitrose suggested, their recipe can be found here . To make it IPD friendly I used celeriac instead of the potatoes!!! (Thanks Marie for pointing out that I forgot to add that bit!!!)

IPD friendly Tartiflette
