I made the dough in my breadmachine using this recipe for Baked "bread machine" Focaccia with the works and added topppings to suit the guests. Plain cheese and tomato for some, ones with ham for others. The interesting ones were topped with olives articokes, peppers, chilli and mushrooms. They were all delicious!
