... I don't want you to think the worst!!!
I have stayed on plan having mostly egg and bacon for breakfast, salads for lunch with a few treats thrown in at the weekend.
I had a friend over for lunch on Saturday and we feasted on page 134 of Jamie Oliver's 30 minute meals. (If I leave it at that, I'll be expecting you all to dash off and check out what we ate....lol) The dessert was a little different from that menu, we had the dessert from page 56 with homemade wheat free shortbread. Thank you for those Caroline it was delicious, can you send me some photos please?

BBQ on Sunday with fab marinated meats, (minted lamb, garlic, lemon and oregano chicken and peppered beef medallions) green salad, Italian tomato salad. While the others munched on tiramisu I had fresh figs with mint and honey (Not IPD, but totally wheat free)
Today I'm starting with porridge...

PS ~ my Daughter is on a eating plan and swears by her breakfast which is
a Banana smoothie made with of course Banana peanut butter and semi skimmed milk and she says it stays of the hunger until tea time ~ Ally x

Ally - thank you! your daughter's right, breakfast is the main meal of the day althought I couldn't last till tea time!!
yes, you can have photos. Will send them to you Julie. Twas a good lunch for sure. I now have unhealthy obsession with figs and honey.
