Sausage Casserole & Steamed Spring Greens



This is one of Bee's tried and trusted recipes...sausage casserole served with steamed spring greens. What I love about this recipe, apart from it being super quick to make is it has great flavours and leftovers are even nicer!!!

My palate is now craving summer dishes, lighter salady type dishes so this will be put on the back burner until the autumn months while I serve summer seasonal food.

Looks quite tasty Julie. I am cooking sausages tonight for our tea as Todd is bringing home his Home Teaching companion for supper before they go to a Priesthood meeting at Maidstone.
