This is a photo of the re-fried leftovers the next day as I wasn't quick enough to get a photo of the real dish!!! I served it with a green salad and this Italian salad dressing 
For dessert we had tiramisu which was laced with amaretto
and the children had a chocolate and vanilla cheesecake that I cobbled together from being inspired by this recipe
