I emailed my guests a copy of the menu prior to my dinner party last week and this was down as the appetisers! What a giggle... non of my guests smoke, some where intrigued, some a little confused...everyone was pleased when I served these little beauties!!!
Moroccan Cigars ready for the pan!
Filo pastry stuffed with fragrant lamb, rolled into 'cigar' shapes and fried in oil until golden. [OK, so mine weren't as much cigar shaped as amputated finger shaped....well it was Halloween!!!!]
Delicious all the same. I served these with a harissa dip they went down a treat!!
