Scoffings of a hormonal ee'jit

Now some days I just don't get it right. I need to eat, I don't want to cook, I fancy things I shouldn't, I fancy things that really shouldn't go together on a plate! This is probably the point where I should just give up and eat out...but oh no, in my crazy hormonal state I hit the kitchen running and produce something that looks like, and tasted like it really shouldn't go together...it didn't...why do I do it? More to the point....why am I posting it on here??
A prepared supermarket stir fry mix...full of carrots, way too carby! The rest was nice tho-

Served with a Jamaican tapila fish with a spring onion and tomatoes 'sauce'.

A great fish...a bit like a flaky plaice only meatier! They didn't go together, in fact we both ate them separately...decided we really did need to eat a proper stir fry soon but without the carrots and the side of fish next time.

This could easily be made into a IPD friendly meal, if PMT hadn't have struck by making the stir fry from scratch , without the carrots and maybe adding chopped chicken, ham or bacon or even prawns to it instead of the fish!

Oh well, it filled a gap, stopped me hitting the chip shop and hopefully gave you a laugh?!
