Lamb Steaks!

Slapped in a hot pan! (that's a technical term!)


Cooked for 5 minutes each side (I like it still to be pink in the middle)

No photo of the finished photos as they were for the kids and they had served themselves before I could get the camera any where near! But they were golden crispy and delicious, apparently, we didn't even get a look in!

I like my lamb pink too Tulip. I bet the potatoes were fab as well!

I love lamb pink in the middle. Looks a nice and easy dinner - and yummy too!
