This photo, on a white plate looks like its just suspended in thin air, it just doesn't look real. But believe me it was! The flavours and textures were truly amazing. The piquancy of the goat’s cheese with the crunch of the walnuts complimented the soft meaty texture of the mushrooms. A fantastic lunch or light supper dish.

Those look mighty tasty Tulip! I Love stuffed mushrooms. I make a Greek version with chopped sun dried tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, red onion and herbs. I may give your tasty looking ones a try soon though!
