Great texture and lovely lemony taste but the after taste of the splenda is just yuk...got to try a different subsitute. i also need a smaller pan and this was a little too shallow for my liking. I'll try the almond one or the cupcakes from the book next or I have just found Ktp's chocolate cake recipe which is just chocolate, eggs & butter a river cottage one I think she said it was, so it may be that one...so watch this space.
