Leftovers for Breakfast


After making the avocado & Bacon Melts yesterday, I had some of the filling left, so this morning, I re-fried it and served it with scrambled eggs for breakfast! Quick and tasty!
Lunch was leftover curry for Paul and I had left over mushroom soup. We are out for dinner this evening. Table booked for 7pm so we shouldn't be too hungry!
