I didn't have enough chicken to do this justice really, but you make do...and it was gorgeous!! The recipe calls for 1 chicken breast and 50g french beans for one serving but I used one chicken breast and up'ed the rest of the ingredients and served two.
The sauce was so flavoursome with just the right amount of heat. I will definitely be making this again!
