Day 21....
... no idea what I'll be eating today, got carried away playing with my new phone and have missed breakfast and have no lunch prepared....watch this space!!!
Popped back in to say, " It didn't go to badly!"
I ate snacky things all day, crudites, garlic mayo, slices of ham, chicken wings, that sort of thing, not a proper meal, because I'd snacked I didn't feel that hungry when meal time came around, this is why at 9pm last night I had the last piece of apple pie and cream!!! It doesn't pay to snack all day, 3 regular meals a day, with protein, vegetables and fat is what makes for healthy eating. That way you are satisfied when you leave the table and don't crave all the wrong food....
