Tandoori Salmon & Mangetout Salad
Bee's Tandoor Salmon & Mangetout Salad...but the Queen of Subs did it again...didn't have any mangetout so subbed sliced green beans and baby spinach, drizzled the mint (subbed dried, no fresh mint in the house) vinaigrette over, then placed the tandoori salmon kebabs on top! Result! Fantastic flavours, absolutely loved the dressing with the vegetables, which went really well with the flavoured salmon.
Out of tandoori paste?
I made my own tandoor powder mix. This is how I did it.
3 1/2 tsp of paprika,
3 1/2 tsp of ground coriander,
3 1/2 tsp of ground cumin
2 1/2 tsp of ground ginger
Mix and keep in a screw top jar until needed. Always keep spices in a dark cool cupboard.
