Cooked on my rectangular stone, these little beauties were crispy on the outside and soft buttery nuttiness inside. I preferred the ones that I'd flattened with a fork, the grooves crisped up and gave more of a crunch.
They didn't keep to well and went soft over night in the cake tin, however I popped them back into a hot oven for 5mins and they came out, just like new!!!
Lovely with a cup of coffee (decaff if you're IPDing!)
