An impromptu evening with family and a leftover turkey and Leek Pie.
I made it in my deep dish baker this made the shop bought puff pastry as crisp underneath as it was on top. It made a huge pie which was just as well as we had 9 of us round the table.
The recipe for the filling was Jamie Oliver's turkey and sweet leek pie with added sausage meat balls that I needed to use up. I served it with mashed potatoes and frozen peas...very quick and easy but very very tasty.
