So quick!
The end results are amazing! It is this dish that is preventing me trying more from the book....I have loads that I fancy, lots and lots that I have good intentions of trying....but....everytime I go to the kitchen I end up bunging this in the microwave. I swear I will not buy any salmon next week and will make something different instead. Its a bit like the salmon and broccoli bake from the first book...I obsessed on that for weeks....Paul thought he would grow gills the amount of fish he was eating.

Salmon and broccoli go incredibly well together. Back home you can get these delicious little frozen salmon fillets with some kind of broccoli/garlic concotion crust like thing on top. I always loved them, so I am guessing I would love this dish as well!

Looks great! We usually end up serving broccoli with salmon, it just goes so well together!
Anon - I'm sure you could do it on top of the stove in a double boiler...it would take a little longer but the end result would be the same
I dont eat fish but my hubby does and he would love this dish, again your photos look so good. Tahnks Julie.
