The Ultimate chocolate Cake is described as moist and fudgy.. . in fact its so moist and fudgy it's what my kids call it. I make this every Easter, its the best way to end a Lenten promise. In the original recipe (follow link) she puts chocolate curls on top, but we prefer it plain...the curls are just a step too far....a dollop of clotted cream is the preference in this house!!!
