Fennel Bake...its in the book!

Sliced Fennel

Sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese

All soft and golden with a little bit of bite!

I served this as a side dish with roast chicken which was a very comforting meal....as I'd had a bit of a bug at the beginning of this week. It settled the tummy no end!
