All soft and golden with a little bit of bite!I served this as a side dish with roast chicken which was a very comforting meal....as I'd had a bit of a bug at the beginning of this week. It settled the tummy no end!
ohh, and I just happen to have two bulbs of fennel in my vegetable drawer! Looks delish!
