Chicken & Bacon

At the beginning of the week I fry up a batch of diced smoked lardons and small pieces of chicken breast, then if I'm pushed for time I can simply add them to lettuce leaves and Caesar dressing for a great lunch time salad.

    That looks so good Tulip, not only would this taste good with a salad but it has me thinking that it might make a super topping for a pizza.
