Followed Bee's recipe for breakfast muffins but added carved ham with steamed asparagus tips. Very nice for a grab on the go breakfast but also delicious as part of a salad with homemade mayonnaise for lunch. Served them hot and cold and both equally delicious.
Those look really good Tulip. Hope the new job is going well and that you are not burning yourself out by doing too much!!! Take a little "ME" time once in a while too! XXOO

Tulip, those look great! That is one of the pans I do not have, a muffin tin. Someday I will, tho!
