Open fridge, select all items that are not past their sell by date and stir fry in order of thickness, eg: diced raw chicken, onions, fennel, red and green peppers, mushrooms, stir fry until all items are cooked then throw in some cheese, in this case it was a pack of boursin.

Ohh yumm...which reminds me I have some boursin left from our day in France. The sun dried tomato one!
