Sunday Lunch

From the book!


Slow roast lamb, courgettes fried in oil, butter with garlic and rosemary, mange tout peas stir-fried with chopped spring onions, fresh mint and butter! Served it with oven roasted swede for a potato substitute.

  1. That looks incredibly delicious. I must try slow roasted lamb sometime. I keep telling myself that! Maybe one of these days' I'll actually listen!
