For my supper I made a dessert...I really fancied something sweet.
2 parts Quark
1 park double cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp splenda
1 tsp coffee mixed with 60ml* of hot water, mixed until dissolved
Mixed it all up and served it with 2 crushed pecan nuts. Hit the spot I can tell you.
* I added teaspoons until I had a soft mousse consistency.
Leftovers from the fridge.
It was more solid the next day, almost cheesecake texture, but very nice sprinkled with chopped nuts
When in doubt eat dessert first! Looks delicious Tulip!

ReplyDeletePeridot - quark is good..do a search on it on the forum. Its a low fat cream cheese and very good in a dessert.
