Paella

A few subs here due to a dyspraxic hubby. No shells on the prawns or mussels which did effect the overall look of the dish but the flavour was just as good. The chorizo was thinly sliced instead of chunks as that's what I had in the fridge and the chicken was left overs from a roast. Other than that, everything was the same as the recipe.

What can I say? As always the flavours were spot on, the texture of the grated cauliflower is so nice. Over dinner we were talking about how we now prefer cauli rice over the real thing. What with the vitamin content and the no bloat factor its a win win situation.
