Breakfast: No prawns left, so no Chorizo & Prawn Fritatta this morning. I had scrambled egg and the last of the smoked salmon instead. It doesn't have to be expensive, its only two eggs and I use smoked salmon trimmings to stir through the egg at the last minute so very affordable. I know, I know, it's a sacrilege 'cooking' smoked salmon but it's how I like it!
Lunch: leftover butter chicken or Spicy BNS & Smoked Salmon Soup, depends who gets to the fridge first!
Snacks: Baton's of Cucumber & Green Pepper with tiny squares of Camembert cheese to accompany each piece. This is much nicer that munching down on a packet of crisps
