Danny’s scones.

There is a chap at church, who always asks me to make him a batch of fruit scones. He likes them well done which is a bit of a worry as there is a fine line between a well done scone and a dry one! But as you can see, they turned out just fine, he was more than happy with them! Some plain some with sultanas, served with lashings of butter and strawberry jam make me very happy!
