This was amazing, truly the best Antipasto I've ever had. I'm not sure if it was because it was organic or it was just the make. I got it from Abel & Cole and I will defiantly be ordering this again.
We made a simple supper of tomato, mozzarella and organic antipasto misto, these were layered and drizzled with extra virgin oil and sprinkled with Italian herbs. It was truly an amazing supper. I didn't tell Paul it was organic or anything different to our usual brand and he actual commented on it.
His exact word were "Cor this is nice, you can get this again"!
A compliment indeed!
