Stuffed Mushrooms

Dee-lic-ous!!!

Dead simple to make, takes no time at all, great served with bacon!
Make them, you won't be disappointed!

    I do a lovely Greek Stuffed Portabello mushroom. I invented it for an RSC competition on Zaar, I think. Can't remember now! Those do look delicious and that bacon, wowser, it's square!

    I love mushrooms Julie, so this really appeals to me. As for the bacon well I do miss English bacon, not sure what they do with pigs here in the USA.
