Mexican Chicken

Bubby's Homemade Salsa

Now I don't usually use my microwave to actually cook things in....re-heating, the odd jacket spud, that sort of thing is the norm but this quick microwave meal was delicious. Chicken, spices, homemade salsa cheese and sour cream, simple...how does she come up with them?

    I just discovered Mexican food after my Mexico trip this year with Chris and Bob.
    Yeah I know....living here 18yrs and I didn't really like it before.
