Bee...help...I cant' remember what these are..

I'm sure they are in the book, I rolled them in fine oats...so definitely phase 2 and remember they were very very nice served with what looks like a dill mayo....so I'm thinking fish...A-hah...

...page 131 Smoked Mackerel Fishcakes,only I did them with salmon. Very very nice, I will try them with mackerel next time, but very moreish!
