These were better than the ones I normally cook on my regular baking tray as they were a little drier, without the crumble and dare I say it....less eggy / meringue like!

Raquel - I love the stoneware, I was a bit worried at how long it would take to 'season' it well but after two uses its already not sticking....fab!
Thanks Tulip- can I ask,what temps can it stand up to in the oven? Ive got an aga and the top is VERY hot! (260 deg C) Ive had terrible trouble with timing the oopsies (let alone the mixing-thy never look as smoothly mixed as yours!so thats a whole other story) as the top oven cooks them too fast and the bottom seems too cool(150 ish).Last time WAS more successful as I did them like a meringue in the bottom oven long and slow(+1hour)but they were very crumbly... have softened up in the placky bag tho! LOL

Hi Sally, I was just replying to your post in the forum when you message came in. I cook mine at 150c for 30 minutes so maybe you could try the bottom shelf of your aga for 30 - 45 minutes?? Not sure of the highest temp....will check it out and get back to you.
Ohh, do you think you could show me how to make some oopsie rolls when you are here?? I know you will only be here for one night, but . . . hope springs eternal!
Hi Tulip! Alas I can't afford your lovely stoneware trays - yet - but would like to bake my first ever muffins. And also try Oopsies in one. Tray, I mean. I can't work out how big each well is in each tray you've used till now. This company sells a 12 well one which I think would produce tidlers - but Bee's book has recipes that specify a 12 tray. They also sell 2 sizes of 6 well ones - standard and jumbo. If LIDL don't come up with some silicon bakeware soon I will buy one of these. Which one O Mighty Chef? Gettheebehindme
