Used my new pampered chef knife and it went through this celeriac like butter (well ok...hard butter)
Golden brown!
Golden brown!
Served with gammon
This was delicious, I don't know why I didn't try it earlier, it heated up real well, I had it for lunch.
Tulip that looks soooooooooo good. However, I have never been able to find celeriac around these parts, so will not be able to make this until I can get to the city.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if you could get it frozen? Its a shame if you can't get it as it is lovely stuff.
ReplyDeleteThat looks delicious Tulip! I'm almost ashamed to see you next weekend. I am sure I am twice as fat as I was the last time we met, and you will be all svwelte and sylph like!
ReplyDeleteMarie, I sent you the book...what ARE you waiting for???
ReplyDeleteI tried this tonight, serving with hot dogs instead of ham, since that was what I had. My daughter wouldn't eat more than a bite, but I really enjoyed the celeriac - first time I think I have tried it before.
