Used cooked prawns as that was all I had, next time I will use uncooked prawns like Bee suggests as mine were rather rubbery (overcooked)
Give them a stir before putting in the oven otherwise your prawns will stay at the bottom, like mine did!!

Made only half a batch...which was silly as they didn't last long enough!
They had a cake like texture which I think was down to the coconut cream...Deliciuos, and not eggy in the slightest!
Served these for breakfast but also had them in a lunchbox with a baby herb salad and vinaigrette dressing
I can't believe all these low carb goodies your making. They look amazing and I'm starting to think that maybe I could cut down on carbs, but I am an addict!
