Thai Pork Meatballs with Satay Sauce

I'm not a great lover of pork, but followed the recipe exactly. Well, except for using soy sauce and 2 tsps of tamaride paste in place of the tamari soy sauce. The dressing turned out really well, I had to blend it with the hand blender as I only had cruncy peanut butter, but it didn't seem to harm it. The balls are best cooked on a lowish heat as they are nasty little buggers and spat at me when I tried turning them over! The flavour was good but mine were a little dry...but that may be just a personal thing, they were just too porkie for me! Next time I will do them with half minced pork and half minced chicken or beef, just to dilute that porky taste!
