4oz margarine
1 tbsp golden syrup
4oz sugar
2oz oats
2oz SR Flour
3oz crushed cornflakes
1. Mix margarine and syrup together very gently
2. Mix the dry ingredients pour on the margarine mixture and mix well
3. Spread evenly in a greased Swiss roll tin and press down firmly
4. Bake in a moderately hot oven 190c for about 20 mins.
5. cut into fingers while warm
